COMMUNITY FARM INITIATIVE
Our community farm is more than just a source of fresh, healthy food — it’s a space for learning, connection, and empowerment. Somali women and families come together to grow culturally familiar crops, share agricultural skills, and strengthen food security for our community.
This project promotes sustainability, environmental awareness, and community pride while helping newcomers build confidence and connection to the land.
EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING
We provide job readiness programs, resume workshops, and employment training to help women find meaningful careers and become financially independent.
LANGUAGE & INTEGRATION
Our English language classes help newcomers build confidence and communication skills for daily life and employment in Canada.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Through our halal food bank, youth mentorship, and family support programs, we provide assistance and resources that uplift the entire community.
